About Us
Devil's Keep Distillery is Fredericton’s first craft distillery! Started by co-founders Joe Allen and Ray Fitzpatrick who saw a need for small batch, locally sourced and produced spirits. They started with a smooth tasting Vodka, which gained notoriety at the International Spirits Festival in California. Since then they have been distilling a Gin, equally as smooth with a floral finish, and high notes of orange and citrus. They have also started aging a Canadian Whiskey.
The recipes are all inspired by locally sourced ingredients. They are created in conjunction with Research Chemist Mike Doucette (CCNB) to be produced in small batches to ensure premium spirits.
